Due to individual state alcohol laws, wine shipments are legally limited to AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, LA, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY. If your state is not on this list please contact us - we may be able to ship to your state under special rules. As state laws are changing rapidly please visit

We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. Remember, someone over 21 must sign for your wine shipment - consider having it shipped to your place of business where there's usually someone there to sign.
Shipping Schedules
Naturalist Monthly Wine Club: You will receive 2 bottles per month. We will ship wine and charge your credit card each month until you cancel your subscription.
Solstice Bi-monthly Wine Club: You will receive 2 bottles every other month, ships in ODD months. We will ship wine and charge your credit card for each shipment until you cancel your subscription.
Equinox Quarterly Wine Club: You will receive 3 bottles per Quarter, ships in March, June, September, & December. We will ship wine and charge your credit card for each shipment until you cancel your subscription.
All Clubs: Depending upon the date you join, shipments may be closer together - we will ship the last scheduled selection upon receipt of your order, then place you in the regular shipment schedule. All clubs generally ship in the first week of the month in which they are scheduled.
